Good questions.

What services do you offer?
Freelance copywriting, content writing, marketing support, business and admin support, and project support. In plain terms: if there's a writing, marketing or admin job sitting on your list, I can probably take it off your hands.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Busy business owners, entrepreneurs, and small-to-medium businesses, especially growing ones without much internal support. If you've got more to do than hours to do it in, you're exactly who I work with.
Do you offer freelance copywriting?
Yes. Website copy, blog posts, articles, product descriptions, email copy, newsletters and social media content. I also edit, proofread and repurpose content you already have.
Do you offer marketing support?
Yes. Content planning and calendars, marketing and competitor research, campaign support, scheduling, briefs and project coordination. I'm not a marketing agency. I'm the extra pair of hands who gets your marketing tasks done.
Is this a virtual assistant service?
Sort of, but broader. I do plenty of classic virtual assistant work like admin, data entry, scheduling and uploads. I also write, edit, plan content and run projects. So you get small business virtual assistant support and a freelance copywriter in one person.
Can I book a one-off task?
Absolutely. Micro tasks start from R50 / US$3 per task. One quick job is a perfectly good reason to get in touch.
Is there a minimum project size?
No. Small, defined jobs can be booked as micro tasks. Bigger or ongoing work can be booked by the hour or quoted as a project.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. Hour bundles (10, 20 or 40 hours) work well for ongoing support. You get a block of time to use on whatever comes up, whether that's content one week or admin the next.
How quickly can you get things done?
It depends on the job and what's already on my desk. I'll always give you a realistic turnaround before I start. If something's urgent, tell me upfront and I'll let you know straight away if I can make it work.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. I work remotely from South Africa, with clients here and abroad. International pricing is in US dollars.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
That's completely fine. Most people aren't. Just tell me what isn't getting done. I'll work out whether I can help and the simplest way to do it.
How does pricing work?
Three ways: hourly (from R250 / US$25), per micro task (from R50 / US$3), or a fixed quote for projects. You'll always know the cost before any work starts.
